End User License Agreement (EULA) for EntryCall

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and EntryCall ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for the software, services, and applications provided by us, including, but not limited to, our smart entryphone systems, License Plate Recognition (LPR) system, lobbywatch channels, virtual key sharing, and car management services (collectively, the "Service").
By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Service.
1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use strictly in accordance with the Service's documentation.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
•    License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or make the Service available to any third party.
•    Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
•    Remove any proprietary notices from the Service.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the Service and any related documentation, and all parts thereof, remain owned by the Company or its licensors, and that the License granted under this Agreement does not convey to you any rights of ownership in the Service.
4. Data Protection
Your use of the Service will comply with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use the data you provide to us or that we collect about you through your use of the Service.
5. Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or the Company. The Company may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from the Company, if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and delete all copies of the Service from your devices.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Service, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province in which you reside, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
8. Amendments to this Agreement
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
