These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EntryCall services and applications, including our smart entryphone systems, License Plate Recognition (LPR) system, lobbywatch channels, virtual key sharing, and car management services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by EntryCall ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which together with our Privacy Policy, govern our relationship with you concerning the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Services Description
EntryCall provides innovative smart access solutions designed for condominiums, including entryphone systems, LPR for garage access, monitoring services, and management tools for residents, all supported by secure cloud storage solutions.
3. Registration and Account Integrity
•    Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
•    You agree to provide truthful, complete, and updated information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information.
•    The security of your account is your responsibility. Please keep your password and account details confidential.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and any applicable provincial privacy laws.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and you are responsible for your conduct and content while using the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, functionality, and design elements are owned by EntryCall and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EntryCall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Amendment to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes to the Terms, either by posting a notice on our website, sending you an email, or through other reasonable means.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province in which you reside. Any disputes will be resolved in the provincial or federal courts of that province, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
