End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement governs access to and use of EntryCall software, mobile applications, web portals, resident tools, management tools, Lobby Watch, LPR-related software features, and connected services.

Last updated: April 2026

1. Agreement to the License

By downloading, accessing, signing in to, or using EntryCall software or applications, you agree to this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the software or services.

If you use the software on behalf of a property owner, condominium corporation, building manager, employer, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization and its authorized users.

2. License Grant

Subject to this agreement and any applicable service agreement, EntryCall grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the EntryCall software and applications only for their intended building access, communication, monitoring, parking, and property-management purposes.

The license does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, design, branding, documentation, or other EntryCall intellectual property.

3. Authorized Users and Account Security

You may use the software only as an authorized administrator, resident, staff member, contractor, guest, or other permitted user. You are responsible for keeping usernames, passwords, access codes, QR codes, virtual keys, and devices secure.

Building administrators are responsible for assigning and removing permissions, maintaining accurate resident and staff records, and ensuring that user access matches the property’s policies.

4. Restrictions

You must not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the software except as expressly allowed in writing.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Disable, bypass, or interfere with security, access-control, monitoring, usage, or authentication features.
  • Use the software to gain unauthorized building, system, account, camera, network, parking, or data access.
  • Use the software in a way that violates law, privacy obligations, building rules, resident rights, or third-party rights.
  • Introduce malware, automated scraping, excessive load, or other activity that disrupts EntryCall systems or users.

5. Building Access and User Decisions

EntryCall software supports entry, communication, monitoring, and parking workflows, but access decisions are controlled by the property owner, building manager, administrator, resident, or authorized user as applicable.

You are responsible for confirming visitors, managing guests, using virtual keys responsibly, reviewing notifications, and following your building’s policies.

6. Updates, Availability, and Changes

EntryCall may update, modify, suspend, remove, or replace software features from time to time. Some features may depend on compatible hardware, network connectivity, mobile devices, operating systems, app stores, cloud services, property configuration, and active service status.

EntryCall does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially where issues are caused by third-party services, internet outages, device settings, power interruptions, hardware failures, misuse, or conditions outside EntryCall’s control.

7. Data and Privacy

Use of EntryCall software may involve personal information and building access information, including names, contact details, directory records, access logs, visitor records, images, video feeds, vehicle information, device data, and system activity.

EntryCall handles personal information in accordance with its applicable privacy policy and legal obligations. Customers and administrators are responsible for obtaining required notices, consents, permissions, and approvals for their property’s use of the software.

8. Ownership and Feedback

EntryCall and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, technology, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, logos, and related materials. If you provide suggestions or feedback, EntryCall may use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.

9. Third-Party Platforms

The software may rely on app stores, mobile operating systems, browsers, internet providers, cloud hosting, maps, weather data, cameras, access-control hardware, payment or communication services, and other third-party platforms. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply.

10. Suspension and Termination

EntryCall or the applicable building administrator may suspend or terminate access if an account is inactive, unauthorized, no longer associated with a property, violates this agreement, creates security risk, or is affected by termination or non-payment under an applicable customer agreement.

Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete any locally stored EntryCall materials unless retention is required by law or a written agreement.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided “as is” and “as available” except as expressly stated in a written agreement. EntryCall does not warrant that the software will prevent unauthorized entry, crime, loss, injury, outage, incorrect user action, or misuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EntryCall will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost business, loss of data, security incidents, access interruptions, or third-party service failures.

12. Governing Law and Contact

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
