- Access-control information, such as door events, call history, visitor events, virtual keys, QR-code activity, and administrator actions.

- Images, video feeds, snapshots, camera-related information, and Lobby Watch activity where enabled for a property.

- Billing, contract, and payment-related information where needed for quotes, orders, invoices, subscriptions, support, and account administration.
3. How We Collect Information
EntryCall may collect personal information directly from you, from property owners or administrators, from authorized residents or staff, from connected devices and systems, from service requests, from website forms, and from support or installation interactions.
We may also receive information from third-party service providers, hardware, software platforms, camera systems, access-control integrations, app stores, communications providers, payment processors, or other systems used to deliver EntryCall services.
4. How We Use Information

- Provide, configure, operate, maintain, and improve EntryCall products and services.
- Enable building entry, visitor calls, resident communication, virtual keys, announcements, access logs, Lobby Watch, LPR Parking, and management workflows.
- Install, service, diagnose, repair, monitor, and secure hardware, software, access systems, cameras, panels, door operators, electric strikes, and related systems.
- Authenticate users, assign permissions, manage accounts, detect misuse, troubleshoot issues, and protect system security.
- Send service, account, product, support, billing, administrative, and security communications.
- Meet legal, regulatory, contractual, safety, fraud-prevention, audit, insurance, and dispute-resolution obligations.
5. Consent and Legal Basis

Where a building customer provides personal information to EntryCall, that customer is responsible for providing required notices and obtaining required consents or authorizations from residents, staff, visitors, contractors, vehicle owners, and other users.

- Property owners, condominium corporations, building managers, administrators, and authorized users for building operations and access management.
- Service providers who support hosting, software, communications, payments, storage, security, diagnostics, analytics, installation, support, maintenance, and related business operations.
- Hardware, software, access-control, camera, mobile, cloud, and communications providers needed to deliver the service.
- Professional advisors, insurers, auditors, legal counsel, and business partners where reasonably necessary.
- Law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties where required or permitted by law, to protect safety or security, or to enforce agreements.
- A buyer, successor, or other party in connection with a business transaction, reorganization, financing, merger, sale, or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary course of business.

11. Service Providers and Processing Outside Canada

Website contact and quote form submissions may be processed through Google services, including Google Apps Script, so that EntryCall can receive and respond to form requests by email.

EntryCall products and services are intended for buildings, property teams, residents, staff, contractors, and authorized users.
